GULF TO BAY! One of the few properties on Captiva Island that spans from the Gulf of Mexico in front to the Bay in the back. Boasting stunning luxury, this 5-bedroom 5.5 5.5-bathroom home truly has everything. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise from the dock overlooking the bay with your morning coffee. Wind down to a stunning sunset while enjoying a cocktail on your semi-private beach located steps from the home, directly across the lazy island road.
You may also choose to relax on one of the multiple decks or alongside the heated pool with a view. The large, private dock is perfect for a 20+ foot boat, launching a kayak, and some of the best fishing on the island. Don’t have a boat? Local fishing guides will pick you up right from your dock!
Walking into the main floor, you are greeted with a large open floor design showing off views of the gulf, with a living area, dining for 10, a wet bar, a kitchen, and beautiful décor. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous meal and overlooks the Bay, pool, and private boat dock. The comfy family room has a flat-screen TV and enjoys more floor-to-ceiling views of the Bay. This level also includes a den with Gulf views, a bathroom, and a sleeper sofa. The second floor boasts two beautiful master suites plus two additional guest bedrooms. The first master suite showcases stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Bay, a king bed, and a flat-screen television. The large, tiled master bathroom has dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. The second master bedroom faces the Gulf with a king bed and private bathroom. The first guest bedroom suite includes two twin beds, a flat-screen television, and views of the Bay and the second guest bedroom suite contains a king bed, attached bathroom, and additional Bay views. The first-floor level has a spacious guest bedroom with two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and double doors to the heated pool. A full bathroom is also located on this level with entry off the garage. Also included: Sono’s system throughout, garage, ice maker, elevator, gas grill, laundry room, beach chairs, and beach towels. A beautiful home with true luxury and everything you desire for a once-in-a-lifetime island vacation.

Summary: This is an ideal location. Virtually a private beach. We did not have anyone on either direction for 300 yards. The grandkids enjoyed finding shells and walking the beach. Great pool in the back yard and a private dock. Good fishing off the dock using jigs. Trout, pompano, lady fish, sheephead and snook. Good restaurants in walking distance. This house gets 100%

Summary: This was a great house and location for our extended family to get together for Christmas. Even over the holidays our one maintenance concern was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The location was perfect. Having access to a dock, pool and hot tub was fun for our college aged boys. The Christmas decorations were an extra added bonus.

Summary: The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and very spacious, even for a large group with lots of kids. Having the private beach, fishing dock, and pool so close was perfect! The oven and dishwasher didn’t work great, but everything about the house made our stay awesome. We’re thinking of making it an annual family vacation!

Summary: This property is fantastic and the views are amazing from sunrise to sunset. There is ample space for everyone and storage is plentiful. The pool area with hot tub was a popular spot. Having beach chairs and towels were a definite plus. The indoor speaker system was a really nice feature that allowed for everyone to listen to their music. The management company was very responsive to our questions and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. This is one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in!!! We highly recommend renting the golf cart as it made cruising around the island very enjoyable. Thanks for a great relaxing week.
