We are 3 kms from the middle of town and our beautiful local beaches.
Our property is set on 5 acres. Plenty of trees and lawn. Very quite and peaceful, just the birds.
Perfect accommodation for family get togethers. There is plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Gardens and lawn area with 2 lakes on the property. Cricket net. (Helmet, box and pads must be worn) There is a long driveway where the kids can ride around within the property, and lots more on offer.
2 BBQ's, 1 Gas the other Wood.
The inside contains 4 large Bedrooms. (1 Double 1 Single) (1 Queen) (3 Singles) Upstairs has (1 Queen) 2 Kitchens and Dining Areas, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Toilets. A Washing Machine in the Downstairs Games Room which also has a Table Tennis Table and books.

Summary: Thank you for the perfect place to stay, I have a few friends that hadn’t been to Esperance before so we took a drive from Perth on the long weekend. Gum tree house was the perfect size. Clean. Fantastic Location. Thank you again from everyone! We will be back!

Summary: Waking up each morning to the chatter of birds is such a delightful experience. The grounds are well maintained and the house adequately stocked. We were 2 families , all together 8 persons, and had plenty of space to sit together in the lounge, dining area or outside on the patio. Bedrooms were spacious too. Thank you for a relaxing experience.
