Summary: I liked everything except the valet parking because the guys don't take care of the cars. They left the light on and my car ran out of battery. Plus, they hit the handbrake and moved the car like that and ruined my traction.

Summary: The resort is well established and well known. We always came to spend time and eat at the hotel’s restaurant. This year we needed to get away from our regular routine and stress. Upon arrival we found out that the entire lobby, lounge area and the restaurant is apparently closed for renovation. It’s a huge disappointment not to mention the noise coming from construction at 7 am. Rude awakening so to say… I just think that this kind of situation can’t be hidden from guests . Yes, there is still a small restaurant and a spa, but it’s not the same . The price should reflect all changes mentioned above. And the entire project should be disclosed before arrival.
