4 Bedroom House in Gresham

Tranquil scenery view with wide open 18 hole golf course. 20 minutes to the PDX airport and 30 minutes to Portland Downtown, about 60 minutes to Mt. Hood. So close to every direction. The house is 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with an upside-down complete renovation, much detailed design touches to meet with a fine taste for all types of travelers. Enjoy the morning sun coming up through the grass field and the beauty of nature all around the property.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
Check-in is at 3 pm and checks out at 11:00 AM.
Arriving late is no problem since you'll be doing a self-check-in
with a digital lock code. The one-floor, ranch house at the end of the street.
The house has a wide-open golf course view in front.
The place has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you, but if you see something you need, let us know right away.
The thermostat is in the hallway, once you walk in the house turn
right and there is the hallway to get in 3 bedrooms. You can adjust
temperature and turn on as “cool” as a/c running and “heat” as
a heater throughout the house.
One King bed one queen bed, two twin beds for 6 person. There is an air mattress in the 4th bedroom for additional 2 person, but you need to set up on your own, the covers and sheets are in the closet.
Parking is 2 cars parking spot and on the street and is free. It's
usually very easy to find a spot and often the spot right in front of
the house is available.
We provide coffee and tea and basic condiments and spices and
likely a few non-perishable staple foods like pasta and sauce and
you are welcome to anything you find.
Any events in the house are not allowed, and when past 10PM, all
noises and music should be toned down to evening/night mode:-)
For Groceries: There is Fred Meyer in 3 min drive.
The checkout will be by 11 AM. Please leave all used towels on
the floor and if possible strip sheets on beds you used. All used
dishes to be in the dishwasher and run the machine before you leave.

Summary: In town for a wedding. Easy drive to our destination. House was clean, thank goodness because other reviews said it was dirty. I would highly recommend the owners to put more effort into their investment property. There were so many broken items in the house. The couch, one twin bed, toilet seat all broken. Every kitchen drawer handle was hanging off or would come off if you tried opening a drawer. Multiple pans and lids to pans were broken. The king bed I slept in was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, I thought it was the box spring, I even checked to make sure it wasn’t. The amount of security cameras outside made us uncomfortable. Either this is an unsafe area or extremely nosy owners.

Summary: The home was a perfect fit for my family. We had 6 adults and one child, and were in town for a wedding. The location was very central to what we needed for the weekend- about 25 min from downtown Portland, 20 min to Bridal Veil area, and just about an hour from Hood River. The home itself is in a decent neighborhood and sits next to a golf course so because of the time of year we visited (Sept) there was a lot of foot traffic throughout the day, primarily during the weekend. Each adult couple had their own bathroom and bedroom, and enough room for our child to have their own space as well. This rental definitely fit the bill for what my family needed and allowed for a better experience than a hotel could provide with the demands we had. Highly recommend!

Summary: We needs a single story property, and there are generally very few of those. So that’s very positive and met our needs. The house itself looked like a partially completed DIY project., and the supplies were too minimal (no napkins, paper towels, etc). The landscaping could use a lot of work also, but even some landscape maintenance would be a big import.

Summary: This was such a great place to stay with friends for a weekend. Right on the golf course. Beautifully decorated. Close to stores and bars but in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. Really enjoyed ourselves!
