Positive: Great location- overlooking a serene bay just a 10min walk from Porthmadog on the Coastal Path. Great rooms-comfy beds and no noise interference (except for the owl in the woods- which was a joy!) Living room and kitchen really well equipped. Also, I loved and appreciated the kiddies den in the eves (even though my boys were 29+)🤣
Negative: The only surprise was not having a washing machine! It’s true that it wasn’t listed on the house ‘facilities’ but we took it as a normal (having rented self-catering accommodation all over uk). It wasn’t a big issue for us, but perhaps it could be highlighted in the advert and nearby laundrettes suggested in the ‘house folder’ as some families, who stay for a week or more, might depend on one.
Summary: Peaceful and serene. Perfect location for exploring beaches and Snowdonia.

Positive: Gweldon Topsail truly felt like a home away from home. The view is amazing and the location is great—very quiet, which was a big bonus for us, but still within easy walking distance to lots of lovely places to see. Shops and pubs in Porthmadog are just a stroll away. The equipment and furniture were amazing, and it had one of the best-organised and decorated kitchens we’ve ever seen. It’s wonderfully peaceful—perfect if you want to unwind and recharge. If you’re looking for a lively party spot, you might want to stay closer to the town centre. But for our family holiday, it was the ideal place to get back our mental balance away from the rush. Highly recommended!
Negative: Only thing: it would have been nice to have a washing machine, but that’s a small detail.

Positive: Lovely, clean comfortable apartment. Really nicely decorated. Everything you can think of , was there. Very well thought out.
Negative: Parking can be a bit hit and miss as it's s popular area but we always found a spot.
Summary: Restful, comfortable and the weather was great too !
