Negative: Stairs are narrow and kitchen is cosy, but that is part of the charm of the gite.

Positive: Beautifully decorated, exceptional layout, equipped with everything you might want. A great location on a very quiet lane in Port-D’Envaux. Easy walk to city center, river, and park. Fantastic, friendly hosts who spoke English with us as we speak only a little French. Fantastic experience!!

Positive: Lovely self contained place, with a well equipped kitchen. Steph, the owner, is super nice + helpful and provided some great recommendations. He also offered us his paddle board to go down to the local river. Conveniently located a short distance from where our friends were getting married and a 10 minute walk into town in the other direction.

Positive: Beautiful cottage really comfortable and clean the design is beautiful. Anne & Steph were fantastic hosts - very welcoming and provided lots of information on places to visits in the area. The village is also really nice. We hope to return in the future.
