Located on the 2nd floor of a duplex, it is large enough to accommodate a family of six. It is perfect for a weekend in the mountains with friends, or for quiet teleworking with a breathtaking view.
You will appreciate the proximity of skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer!
The space is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the large windows in the living and dining rooms.

Summary: This property is inside a huge park. It is not isolated but in a nicely planned neighborhood street. There is a long flight of stairs, so all the windows facing the mountain have good view point. This is unit is well maintained and equipped adequate kitchen supplies. It is very easy to make family dinner. What a lovely mountain condo!

Summary: We enjoyed spending one week in August at this location. It is a very clean place equipped with anything you could think of and then some more, located in an area far from the main traffic. We enjoyed having the morning coffee and planning the daily adventure on the balcony overlooking the ski slopes. The tranquility of the surrounding nature was accentuated rather than disturbed by the occasional passerby. Parties and noisy activities are prohibited on the property, and probably in the area, giving the place the appearance of a safe and quiet paradise. However,during our stay, there was some construction happening in the neighbourhood, but we noticed it only because we decided to stay indoors on a rainy day. The other days were filled with long walks in the nature, on the many trails and along the river. Quebec City is within reach but not close; this place is perfect for when you want to disconnect from civilization and yet not feel completely cut off. All in all, it was a wonderful experience we are looking forward to repeat in the future.
