Positive: The staff are amazing-friendly, professional, and helpful. There are a lot of very nice details in the room- comfortable bed and pillows, high quality towels, and nice shower amenities. The hotel is quiet and has nice design details also. The breakfast was excellent, and it was enjoyable in the beautiful dining room.

Positive: Beautiful setting. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly glean. We travelled with our 2 dogs. Our room on the first floor ( there is a lift but we used the beautiful staircase) and was spacious and had hard flooring. Breakfast was delicious. Great views of the river and gardens
