Negative: Our room was on the sixth floor. The elevator failed to operate for at least six hours during the afternoon and evening. Fortunately, the property was able to resolve the problem by the next morning.
Summary: Other than the elevator problem, our stay was excellent in all other categories!

Positive: Very helpful and friendly staff. The spa facilities being included in the cost of the room was a real treat, especially as it's a private spa for just the two of us. Chocolates delivered to the room each evening was also a lovely touch.
Negative: The room was a little small, but it was exquisitely presented and very comfortable.

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful, Alan and Mila where wonderful. There was an issue with our stay and the staff took care us which was very important and made things better for us. The hotel is in a great location.
Negative: There was an issue with our stay but like I said above the staff took care of us and made things right. It’s a great place to stay.
