Summary: Nice place. It is close to restaurants and the room was comfortable. The staff was kind. The breakfast was very limited for the cost. A hard boiled egg, dried fruits, lunch meat and cheese and bread for 12 Euros. If you can wait until it opens, there is a bakery around the corner.

Summary: If you are expecting the Paris experience this is not your hotel, this is a great little hotel located on the outskirts if Paris, there is a train station 10 minutes away, bus lines, restaurants and supermarkets, it is located in a residential neighborhood quiet, clean and relatively safe, parking is free, rooms are clean and spacious (for Paris), if you want to stay in the heart of Paris you will probably pay three times as much, spent 11 nighrs there bot a single problem, staff is courteus and friendly with basic english knowledge enough to comunicate, AC is cold and water pressure was om too. Only thing is that I wish they had a mini fridge in the room and a microwave available for guests to use (if you ask them they will heat your food in the kitchen microwave for you) apart from that I will highly recommend this place.
