Summary: It smelled cigarette (very very badly) in our room, it did not look dirty but not clean either. Towels were torn appart. It took 20 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Wifi doesn’t work well and crahes all the time. The breakfasts however were worth it and the room was quiet.

Summary: I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe.
