Summary: Great location, but condition of the hotel is far from 5-star and breakfast really astonishingly poor.

Summary: Staff were nice and service minded. Great central location but, breakfast in the courtyard is far from 5-star but in terms of ambience and quality of food. The rooms are too warn out and simply lacks an upgrade - again not 5-star. Comparing to I.e Chateau Saint-Martin this hotel falls far far behind. A name / brand is not enough to maintain the exclusivity.

Summary: Stunning hotel absolutely first class service from all staff..rooms were beautiful and had everything you need already there. Would highly recommend a stay at the Hermitage for a weekend. Great spot to explore beautiful Monaco.

Summary: Gym well equipped and breakfast very fresh and rich of variety. Staff very pleasant and at your constant disposition especially in the entrance and at the lobby bar! Great service and great pastries.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, and the junior suite was amazing, but unfortunately most of the hotel felt off limits to guests. There is car noise from outside for our sea view room. The breakfast is a long winding walk to a far corner of the hotel in a makeshift greenhouse. The lobby bar and coffee shop is in the corridors of the lobby. Probably the best parts of this beautiful building are only open to the Michelin star restaurants.
