Summary: All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming during the entire week we stayed here. There’s a complementary hotel shuttle bus if you’re going to one of the ski lifts, but the Violettes is the nearest which is only a 7-8 min walk anyway. The evening meals in the restaurant will not disappoint, although be aware it is likely to be unavailable a couple of nights. During ski season the local bus service is free and very frequent for getting about. Perfect stay and would definitely stay again

Summary: Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. Ultimately, the room had a beautiful view. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and also the dinner delicious. Superb stay on alone 👍
