Negative: A/C was not working Parking was a mess a full for some reason, had to park elsewhere sometimes Had to wait 10min upon arrival since there was no one at the reception desk Client experience was here, but didnt felt the hospitality Strange buzzing deaf sound during the evening/night, couldn't sleep because it was annoying The bath/shower had tons of hair in the drainage hole

Summary: It was okay for a short stay, but wouldnt recommend for longer ones

Positive: The location was good; breakfast space faced the river. And there was a spa (which we did not use).

Negative: The corridors were too dark with blue lights. The hotel was on three levels, and I did not see any lifts. There were no eating venues at the holel, but enough choice on the main raod.

Summary: It was a comfortable stay in a scenic part of Laval, and surprisingly easy to navigate.
