Summary: Neighborhood is sketchy and you could hear everything happening outside and inside the building. Staff is not super friendly. Price is high for the quality of this hotel.

Summary: The hotel looks very old, not renovated. The stairs looks very dirty, muddy. Room not well cleaned, especially carpet. My family got itching problem. Good thing is: everything was around this hotel area. Locationwise, it is at good location.

Summary: The motel/hotel is right on the main road going in and out of Québec City which was a great plus so I didn't have to navigate too intensely as I hate driving in cities.

Summary: Came to Quebec for a medical appointment, needed a cheap place for just a night, didn’t really like how warm the room was when we first came in especially with how hot the day was but wasn’t a bad stay overall.

Summary: the location is far away from the old town you should have a car or take a taxi it's like 12 mins by car, but on the same time the price is really good comparing to the hotels at the old town. the breakfast is good

Summary: Our room on the first floor had ants in it, several times during our stay our room key stopped working. As did everyone else's we stayed with. The hotel is old and rundown, however the employees were always friendly so that's a plus. Overall ok for short visits, but I would shop around next time.

Summary: The hotel stay was average overall. The room size was decent and the location was convenient, but there were a few areas that really need improvement. The beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another letdown—it was supposed to be available until a certain time, but many items were gone at least 30 minutes before that, and the overall quality wasn’t great. It felt rushed and poorly managed. While the basics were covered, the comfort and service didn’t quite meet expectations. With a few adjustments—especially around bed comfort and breakfast management—this could be a much better experience.
