Positive: Very cute decor. Everything was well appointed. Location was quite central.
Negative: Bed was small and room was quite small. Definitely not the most comfortable in that way. Also there were no mirrors outside the bathroom making it hard for two people to get ready at the same time.
Summary: Lovely but small room. Good location.

Positive: Location is amazing, valet was very convenient due to difficulty parking on the Grande Allée. We were in room 401 beside the elevator & facing Grande Allée. We never heard any noise being here nor did the construction bother us! We loved the second floor outside patio to sit and relax. We would recommend this hotel and hope to be back one day!
Negative: The lobby is on the second floor due to location of restaurant which was hard to find at the beginning

Positive: The hotel warned that there was refurbishment work on the ground floor restaurant being done before arrival but it didn't really affect my stay. The room was beautiful and spacious. Really comfy bed and no street/inner noise despite the work being done. The location is great for strolling into the old town and there's plenty of restaurants and parks nearby so the area is pleasant.

Positive: The room was beautiful with a very large comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower area with towels changed everyday. We found the dressing gowns, flavoured teas and coffee pods very nice. The location was ideal only a gentle 10/15 mins walk downhill. The number 11 bus runs regularly from the bottom if you don't want the uphill walk back. There are plenty of very close restaurants to choose from. The staff are always very helpful.
Negative: Currently the hotel restaurant is being refurbished but this did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Negative: We were not informed that there wasn’t a restaurant, bar, free car service as advertised on Booking.con. Also, the hotel is under construction which we were not informed. The amenities not available would have caused us to stay elsewhere. We felt deceived.
