Summary: Very cute apartment and clean. Lots of places to eat nearby and close to lots of sightseeing. Great communication with host. There are a lot of homeless people in neighborhood but felt secure. The floors do creak quite a bit so it's hard to be quiet but beds and the whole place were comfortable. We couldn't get the ac to work and it was a bit warm during the day but cooled off at night. Would stay there again

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our time in QC. The flat is conveniently located about a mile from the Old City with many fun shops and conveniences very close by. The flat itself is pristine with lovely picture windows. We had a slight hiccup with entering the building but a friendly neighbor assisted us with access. Would stay again!

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed the place. Prior to our arrival, Blaise sent a very detailed check in note which help immensely navigating through the parking location (which is very close), building access, and details about the apartment. It had all the amenities we needed and is walking distance to very good restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The building is older but very well taken care of. We had a little situation with the elevator working and the parking, but this was not something that could have been controlled. Blaise was responsive and helped resolved the parking quickly, so we were able to enjoy our time there. As someone that does not often write reviews, I would defiantly recommend this listing.

Summary: The apaartment was comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. The location is great; a short walk to get to many restaurants and businesses and walkable to the Old City even in the cold and snow. The place was very clean and Blaise was great about checking in with us and providing us with recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. We highly recommend!

Summary: The host is super, has accommodated our stay on multitude of aspects, the biggest one was allowing us to stay an extra night without throwing us in the street, thank you! The apartment is lovely and bright, very accessible from all around the city and surprisingly quiet lots of eateries and shops around!

Summary: We loved the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, and offered every amenity we needed. It was a short 15 minute walk to old Quebec, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a block or two of the apartment if you don’t want to leave the neighborhood. It was also very nice that it included a parking spot in a garage. I would stay there again.

Summary: Our family of 5 had an incredible 4 day stay at Blaise’s apartment. The apartment is stylish with the perfect open layout, situated near a very hip downtown area. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store and trendy boutiques — including a book store and a large children’s toy store. There are plenty of coffee shops around too. The apartment was spotless inside and Blaise was an exceptional host, communicating with us to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Parking was very close and safe. The apartment had all the amenities including a washer and dryer. Old Québec was approximately a 15 minute walk away and easy to navigate to. While there are some homeless people nearby, as it is a downtown area, we never once felt unsafe. While we spent most of our days walking around the city, Blaise’s apartment was a wonderful place to return to in order to relax, eat and sleep. We definitely hope to return! Thank you, Blaise!
