Positive: Excellent communication, we had been given instructions and checked in with nobody present. A code allowed access, inside were clear instructions at the reception.

Negative: It felt a little to get used to, the hotel was empty as far as we could tell.

Summary: Excellent location to stay for this charming little town.

Positive: The staff were exceptional. The view over the Lake was beautiful. Our bikes were managed securely.

Negative: Breakfast was not good and not value for money. There were ant traps in the dinning room!

Positive: Location and outlook over lake from bedroom and restaurant were lovely. Staff were great - friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Food was quite reasonable. Slight downside was that it felt very tired. I like older properties with character, but this one needed some tlc.

Negative: Did not dislike anything, and there was nothing a bit of tlc couldn’t sort out.
