Summary: It's amazing how only two people can make you feel welcome and like you come to the house of loving friends or relatives! Kristelle greet us with the smile, showed to our rooms and asked how many people will have dinner. It was two couples in our party, sadly one of us was with the flu. she immediately offered to make a soup, asked if we need any medicine. When was last time you had such a service!?? Can't not to mention the dinner that was cooked by Kristelle's husband - simply amazing! this place shows you all the best you want in hospitality. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

Summary: Great place, lovely people, would love to come back some day! Few things can be improved except for the lack of plugs near the bed to charge the phone and laptop and no possibility to charge the car.

Summary: This hotel is in the countryside so great views. Our room had it's own secluded patio with table and chairs so we could sit and enjoy the sun and the view. The evening meal was a set menu which was excellent, with friendly helpful service throughout our stay. Perfect for a relaxing break, and convenient for a visit to the old city of Carcassonne

Summary: A lovely hotel on the hill with beautiful restaurant and rural outlook. Close to wine caves and 20mins to carcosonne.

Summary: Excellent, staff nice and friendly and the food just fantastic. Only downside was that the wifi was rather slow

Summary: Priscilla & Fabien Gallibert are excellent hosts. Charming, courteous and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful very relaxing rooms. The restaurant is fabulous & we had a memorable and very enjoyable dinner there.

Summary: Very quaint hotel! Location was a bit remote so a good idea to have a car. The area and views were amazing! The owners were very helpful with our transportation as we had complications with our car rental the 1st day. The room was cozy and beds comfortable. Only a slight inconvenience of WiFi not working in our room, but it was available in the common areas
