Summary: First off, the unit I was upgraded to was clean and modern. However, the "upgrade" was in a secondary apartment building. The apartment smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke all night due to people below; there was no wifi network for this unit and when I decided to read because there was no wifi, there are no lamps in the bedroom. When I went to the front desk to ask about the wifi, there was a sign at the desk that they were away for a bit. I waited 10 mins and left annoyed. There is also a lot of road noise and no black out curtains. And a cleaning lady used her key and came in at 9 a.m. and she was just as surprised to see me as I was to see her. She was told that I had already checked out. Nope! These are all mild irritants that make for a rather unpleasant stay.

Summary: The arrival could have been better. When I came to the desk to check-in, the clerk was somehow not very welcoming. As of I was disturbing her? On the opposite another one was very nice the next day at check-out.

Summary: Very nice hotel but a continental breakfast is $12 per person. The dinner restaurant was closed. Large comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful with a TV problem.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the on-site upscale restaurant was excellent. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was nothing like what was shown in the photos on the website, which featured waffles, pancakes, and fresh fruit. Instead, the selection was very basic: toast, bagels, yogurt, and inexpensive cereals. There were no fresh fruits, no pancakes, and no waffle station. It didn’t meet the expectations set by the hotel’s online photos and felt underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience.
