Positive: lovely location and rooms clean and well appointed. Parking available and area well lit.

Negative: Breakfast was not great. True it was for $10 but I would still have expected the coffee to be ok and more choice of basic fruit. Even addition of banana would have been a plus

Positive: Lovely big room overlooking the river. It was spotless. Very comfortable bed. Good coffee in the room.

Negative: I asked for a later check out until 1200 and there was no consideration of the request - just a no. Many hotels offer a 12 00 check our time.

Summary: We were visiting family and friends. Great location close to a wide choice of restaurants

Positive: The stay was okay overall, and the hotel is in a beautiful location. The restaurant and event spaces are especially well done and reflect a high standard. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was very concerning. It appears there may be a lack of communication and oversight regarding housekeeping standards. The bathrooms, in particular, need much more attention—there was visible red mold present in the tile and shower curtain, which is unacceptable. I bought spray bleach and all of the red mold disappeared. It also seems that rooms are not being properly inspected by management or supervisors before guests arrive. Areas such as closets, between and under beds, and behind furniture need to be thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. If the hotel wants its guest rooms to reflect the same quality as its restaurant and event spaces, there needs to be clearer communication with housekeeping staff and more consistent quality checks by management.

Negative: housekeeping, obviously overworked and underpaid or just lazy.

Summary: I absolutely love the area; it is very quiet and convenient to stores.
