Summary: Exceptional stay with an outstanding team. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff deserves a huge thank you, from the welcoming front desk team at reception to the housekeeping crew and the restaurant staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely kind. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made a huge difference in my stay. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and especially clean. Highly recommended!

Summary: Clean room and incredibly comfortable beds. We received a warm welcome with tea and chocolate on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Perfect location within walking distance of Chinatown, and it’s very easy to get around Paris by metro. Highly recommended!

Summary: The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The room [I was traveling solo] was very comfortable. The location is great, so convenient to several Metro lines at Place d'Italie, and local restaurants. It was too cool to enjoy the gardens but they were lovely. Highly recommended.
