Gobelins/Mouffetard area, the flat(100m2) is situated at the 15th floor with a very spacious living room and a panoramic view allover Paris (Eiffel tower, Invalides, Panthéon, Notre Dame, Sacré Coeur ...)

Very large entrance with a big wall-cupboard, all equiped kitchen, 2 bed-rooms with the same panoramic view of paris, Bath-room with shower and saparated toilet.
On top of the of the bulding 2 swiming pools: 1 inside, 1 outside (actualy on renovation, but available at the end of july).
A large private garden with trees and flowers at the bottom of the building.
Very close to the building, you will find shops, the Mouffetard market (very wellknown in Paris), cinemas, restaurants and all transports (tube, bus, RER, Bike hire velib)

Summary: The location of the apartment is great! Wonderful neighborhood, Near metro and a short walk to historic Rue Mouffetard and Monoprix on the same block. The apartment has amazing views and the communication with the owner was detailed and pleasant. The pricing of this large apartment is very good and I'm sure if it was completely updated, the owner could charge at least twice as much so that needs to be taken into consideration as renters. We enjoyed being surrounded by books, interesting art pieces that the owner has collected through the years. The basic necessity things that could be better are: supplying more than 1.5 roles of toilet paper for 4 people who are staying 6 nights, supplying one box of tissue and a role of paper towels. Supplying enough, and then drying the bath towels in a dryer rather than just hanging them to dry (they were old and actually need to be replaced - we almost bought new towels). New bed pillows are needed and probably new bedding. We bought an extra blanket because the blankets in the hallway closet were so stained we could not use them. We wanted to use the extra twin mattress but the mattress cover had a horrible stain. So overall, great location, great view, nice owner, but I don't think we could stay there again unless some basic things were updated.

Summary: This apartment was set up perfectly for our family of 4. We were completely amazed by the incredible views from the spacious balcony. Location is very convenient as it is a short walk to the Metro station and bus stops, as well as many restaurants, shops and boulangeries. Overall a perfect base for exploring Paris and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: We loved Michel's place - by Parisian standards the apartment is huge and the building is in an incredible location. It's a short walk from the Metro station and it's a lively, gorgeous neighborhood with tons of shops and cafes. The view alone is worth a visit. Michel was super helpful and accommodating when we had to arrive a day early because of a pilot strike and canceled flight. The apartment is definitely older and a bit dusty but we found it clean enough and the view, size, and location outweighed any tiny negatives.

Summary: Lovely apartment with amazingly view of Paris. This is a nice, safe, pleasant neighborhood, conveniently located. It's close to the wonderful neighborhoods of Moufftard and Butte aux Cailles. Highly recommend.

Summary: The views from the wrap-around balcony were stunning. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro which made traveling around the city very convenient. We arrived at midnight and there was a bit of confusion with the security guard about getting the keys. Ultimately we worked through that; only hitch in an otherwise fine stay.

Summary: The property is in a great location - close to the metro , shopping, bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere including all the touristy spots like the Eiffel Tower , Arc de Triomphe , etc. They are a bit of a distance but we tend to walk a lot haha The apartment is a bit dated , but we knew that going in , so there were no surprises. It was clean and well equipped. My wife had her luggage lost by the airline so the washer was an added bonus. We were there during a heatwave in September and the unit was warm , but the fans in the rooms and all the windows that open made it bearable. The best part about this place is the views !!! Unbelievable!! We would definitely rent again avd have already recommended to friends

Summary: The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful apartment. The building was lovely and the neighborhood had everything one could want at your fingertips, such as bakeries,shopping, metro stops, bus stops, cafes, and an open market. The views were incredible and we spent many nights watching the sun set through the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen had everything needed and we cooked multiple meals with ease. We found the apartment to be clean and welcoming and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone lucky enough to visit Paris.

Summary: The building was lovely, the neighbourhood excellent, the staff helpful, the view fabulous HOWEVER the apartment, although well designed was terrible. The apartment and furniture was adequate but not well maintained. The chairs had ripped fabric etc. The coffee machine was plastic and cups all cracked. There were not adequate wine glasses that were not stained from use. Kitchen appliances were minimum. The lamps were badly stained. The overhead light fixtures were all hanging out of their sockets with wires showing.The cleanliness was terrible. Every corner needed serious cleaning, especially the shower and door openings. The living room cupboard doors would fall off if opened. There were no top sheets in the bedrooms. No door stops for the open windows. Because of all this we did not eat in except breakfast which added much extra cost to our vacation. These are just a few of the disappointments of the apartment. We would stay in that building again but definitely NOT in that particular apartment Thank you for asking.
