Summary: Nice condos, 1 master bdr with queen bed + 1 room with 2 twin beds, spacious apt with furnished terrace. Big Frig, microwave, toaster, basic kitchen utensils, dinning round table for 4, sofa, TV, wi fi, internet, hammocks outside. Perfect for a weekend or week getaway be it couple or family. Iguana beach is a gated private community of mostly american investors retirees as well as surfers. Beach is about 2 miles long, perfect for surfers, but no dangerous currents, clear water. They have a recreation center where they have a pubic pool, Pilis´ kitchen Restaurant, (excellent food), beach volley ball, restrooms, "nap corner" with 6 hammocks in the shade and a Rancho pool Bar.

Summary: Very good location for a surf trip. The facilities are great and the beach is beautiful and very relaxing. It is important to know that there are no restaurant around but you can pay a local lady to cook for you if you dont like or want to cook. I recommend you arrange that before your trip. Locals are very nice.
