3 Bedroom House in Solta

Hacienda Noa is 10 000 square meters long and and 700 air meters away from the sea. It is near Grohote, which is a village in the centre of Šolta where you can find all you need to buy and also participate in the cultural and sport programs.
Because of the size of the land you can enjoy in complete privacy with no one to disturb you since there are only olive threes around you.
The Hacienda consists of the main house, a suit, a summer kitchen and a huge pool.
The maximum capacity is 9 people.
The pool is 14 meters long, 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep.
There is no chlorine, since we don't like it. We have decided to use the system of electrolysis with sea salt that doesn't mean that there is amount of salt like the sea, but rather smaller amount that makes all difference. When you swim you can fill little salt. The pool also has a system, which you are able to cool it down, or to heat it up to 5 degrees from the basic temperature.
Summer kitchen is totally equipped, where guest can enjoy preparing their own meal on the grill. Depending on the weather and season, you will be able to find home grown vegetables in our garden.
You can also enjoy in activities, such as: biking, archery, table tennis, basketball and mini soccer, providing our guest active and relaxing holiday.
We didn't want to give up the advantages of modern technology, which sometimes make our lives easier (Wi-Fi, pool with heating, air condition, Android TV, ...), because after a hard day of physical work on the hacienda, there is nothing better than to relax next to the pool, enjoy in exquisite delivered food which is easily accessible on Šolta, a great massage, a good movie, or music.
It is our wish to help the guests arrive to Šolta in the easiest and quickest way possible, whether that be by car or plane, hence we exchange information by phone or mail.
Although the hacienda is not far from the port, we wait for guests there and on our way to the hacienda we provide them with interesting information about Šolta.
We provide our guests with a cell phone with all important numbers, so they can feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
It is a place where we would like to live in the near future at last half of the year, because it has everything one needs and if you can't find something, there is always Split near by.
This is ideal summer base for a family or group of friend!

Summary: We enjoyed a rather dreamy family holiday at the Hacienda , a collection of properties scattered around an old olive orchard planted by the hosts great grandfather (now producing award winning olive oil as a hobby). So a family property and the warmth of the hosts shows through from start to finish. A wonderful outdoor space in centered around a large pool and fantastic outdoor kitchen , overlooking the sea, and the twinkling lights of Split in the distance. Picking figs, peaches and herbs in the garden whilst making dinner was an absolute delight. You can clearly see the love and care that have gone into making this a very special place indeed, and it could not be more private. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with friends or family this really is a perfect place. Worth noting, the island of Solta is about as sleepy as it gets. Whilst there are some lovely restaurants, none are within walking distance (the one in the village recently shut down). But the island is small so its quick to get around, and I'd recommend booking Mario's Jeep, great value and you'll appreciate the sturdiness on some of the islands roads. The indoor spaces, by comparison were smaller, but well presented and well equiped, but this place is all about the wonderful outdoors.

Summary: Son just moved from the US to Norway in Jan 23 with his wife. This was our chance to reconnect with them. Spent a lot of time reviewing locations. The decision came down to finding a place in town near the beach or finding a place to spread out that had an outdoor kitchen. Hacienda NOA was our choice. What a great decision. It's a compound with multiple rooms spread between homes. The outdoor kitchen was remarkable. We used the bbq 5:7 nights and it really made the experience. We tapped into the produce and fish markets as well as the local butcher and ate so well! The town is wonderful and the locals so welcoming. You perched mid island with the ability to acess the main towns within 15 mins via car. check out the winery. Olive oil abounds (on property). Hop on boat over Broc and go snorkeling. Tons of acvitivies. And to top it off, our hosts were awsome. So responsive. We'll be back!

Summary: The pictures really do not do justice. It is impossible to capture how amazing this place is. It felt like such a privilege to spend two weeks here. The location is fantastic, with incredible views from every corner of the property. What the owners have created is an oasis. They have thought of everything. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to spend quality time with our children by the pool. Everything was impeccably clean, and the grounds well maintained. It is a great space for people of all ages. We loved the golf, basketball, and table tennis. The owners provide everything one would need. They are generous, caring, and thoughtful people. What a lovely experience we had! Thank you for everything. We made some great memories!

Summary: It is rare these days to find a holiday rental that exceeds expectations. In the day of Airb*b and the staged photoshoot, so often the listing is style over substance. NOT Hacienda Noa. The phtos do not do the place justice. Mario and Dafne have invested so much thought and effort into this property and it really shows. We spent our first week in Brač and we had done lots of beaches and activites. The second week at Hacienda Noa on Šolta we really just wanted to chill and it was perfect. The accommodation is spread across several buildings. All beautifully furnished. But to be honest we only slept there. We spent our days by the huge pool and in the outdoor kitchen (plus a little bit of golf) and takign in the views across the channel to the mainland. The produce is amazing and Mario has won awards for his olive oil. Upon arrival the hosts had thoughfully prepared some snacks for us from their property and locally produced on the island. Honestly it is impossible to fault it. Šolta is very busy in the peak season (especially this year ). You really need to book restaurants a day or two in advance. Or just bbq at the villa!

Summary: We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this amazing island home. This is one of the best vacation we ever had. The summer kitchen by the pool is an awesome place to cook, spend time with the family and watch the kids swimming. Dafne and Marco are the best hosts we have ever met and their award winning olive oil is to be tasted!

Summary: This is truly a little paradise for the whole family. Dafne and her family have welcomed us very warmly and made us feel right at home. We had the best time in this incredibly beautiful holiday hideaway. We spent our holidays with our 2 little ones (4 and 5 years old) and they enjoyed swimming, playing basketball, jumping the trampoline or just running around all day long. There is so much to discover and explore in the beautiful garden. Cooking together in the outdoor kitchen next to the pool, golfing or just relaxing and enjoying the incredible view over Spilt. So much love for detail is put in every aspect of this place! We have been to different fincas and houses all over Europe but this is definitely the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at - we will be back!!!! Thank you so much, Dafne, Mario and Noa, for an amazing holiday.

Summary: Mario and Dafne are the best hosts you will ever have. If you need anything, (you won't because it is already there) but you can call them and they are there for you. The property is quiet and serene with sprawling views of the Adriatic Sea. Catch a sunrise or watch Split sparkle at night. Forget the market, pick fresh vegetables, figs, and fruit from their garden. There is rosemary and basil growing there. Cooking and dining in the amazing outdoor kitchen was a favorite past time for us. The place is great for kids! Pool, play structure, trampoline, ping pong, mini soccer field with goals, and a huge property to explore. Mario and Dafne love the island of Solta and upon arrival you will too. This is the place!

Summary: We all loved this holiday! I chose this property as it offered everything for our party of 6; my husbands son, partner and 3 year old grandson Fredfie were really comfortable in the pool room, whilst we made use of the main house with our teenage son. The outdoor space is amazing and was perfect for Freddie, he swam, bounced on the trampoline, swung on the swing, and played with the bows and arrows. It is perfect for children as there is so much space and freedom and this of course always makes for a good holiday for the grown ups! What really stood out for me was this property is clearly a well loved family home and Dafne and Mario were the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The thought and consideration that they had put into our visit was extraordinary, we had an extra bike, toys were provided for Freddie, the fridge was full of lovely goodies with chilled beer and wine and when we left we were even given presents! Needless to say the setting is stunning and Hacienda Noa is in a perfect position from which to explore the island and exploit the fantastic views. I can not recommend this holiday home more highly, you will not be disappointed when you drive through the gates.
