Summary: The room was great for our big family and in a perfect location. The finishes in the room were high end and our family was very comfortable. The pool was in great condition and we loved that it was a salt water pool! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: The room was beautiful and very clean. We loved the spectacular view, the comfortable bed, and the perfect tub — truly a great space to relax in. I do wish the patios offered a bit more privacy from the neighboring room. The staff was fine overall, though the welcome and departure didn’t feel especially warm. We arrived at 3:45 and were able to check in, but were asked to return at 4:00 for our keys. When we came back at 4:05, I commented on how good it smelled, and we were handed our keys. Only once we got to the room did we notice on the info sheet that fresh cookies were available from 4–6, which wasn’t mentioned to us at either visit. As someone who works in customer service, I understand policies and timing, but it felt like there were several small missed opportunities where a little extra customer service could have really elevated the overall experience. Because this was a more premium stay for us, we expected the service to feel a bit more attentive.

Summary: Everything was great! The unit was a great size the beds were super comfortable and the view was amazing! The only thing I’d change is the size of the bathroom. It would be perfect if it had more than one but at the very least a bigger bathroom would be great. Also an elevator, it was not easy to get my luggage to and from my vehicle. They had fire wood for the beach which was awesome!
