To your left, the large and cozy living room offers plenty of space for your crew to spread out, with a large sectional sofa and two cozy chairs providing lots of spots to snug in around the gorgeous stone fireplace. To your right, the door to the garage offers the washer and dryer and firewood for the fireplace. You can throw a few extra logs on the fire and stay up late watching movies on the tv or playing board games with your crew.

Across the landing from the upper level primary suite, you'll find two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom to the right offers another king-sized bed, dresser, tv, closet and plenty of cozy bench spots to perch as you transition into or out of a day of exploring the nearby beach and shops. Nearby, you'll find another bedroom featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds, where the little ones can giggle into the night recanting tales of pirates and mermaids or just bragging about whose sandcastle was best that day. A closet offers plenty of room to tuck their clothes away. Throughout both of these rooms, more windows allow plenty of natural light to spill in at almost any time of day. Between these bedrooms, a large bathroom holds a wide vanity area with a single sink, that can be separated from the area holding the shower-tub and the toilet by a pocket door, making it handy if you've got a handful of kiddos competing for bathroom space.
