Negative: cleanliness issues: beddings, towels smells, floors with mud marks, dishwasher dirty; beds not properly done as king bed keeps on separating; wifi and tv access should be readily available in room especially for people who check in late as receptionist is not 24/7
Summary: we suggest hotel invest in quality bed linens and training for their staff in cleaning.

Positive: Nice modern, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Easy contact free check in and check out process. Reported a broken door latch to reception and maintenance was completed shortly after. Nice central location with easy access to the wharf, foreshore and beaches
Negative: Had some issues trying to access Netflix etc on the large screen TV. TV appeared quite new so it seemed that the set up process hadn't been completed

Positive: Clean and tidy had everything we may need, the beds where the most comfortable to sleep in. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a while.
Negative: Not much I didn’t like my code didn’t work at the door but was promptly fixed after a quick phone call Parking was an issue road parking was 1 hour minimum and rangers where out and about being not from the area it would have been nice to be told and I think underground parking shouldn’t be charged for quests staying at the apartments.
