This two bedroom one bathroom detached garage apartment with full kitchen sits on 3 acres just 2 miles from Bee Cave Galleria, 11 miles to beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve, and 30 minutes to downtown Austin for SXSW, ACL and F1 events.
The Guest House will accommodate three (3) guests (maximum allowed by insurance) and offers a private backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating. The Guest House has 2 bedrooms (one large bedroom with a king bed and a small second bedroom with a single bed), a sunny sitting/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of parking. The bathroom is recently remodeled and upgraded.
With easy day tripping to the Texas Hill Country... Hamilton Pool Preserve, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg, Kerrville Folk Festival, Highland Lakes, AND Austin for the best live music, fabulous dining, bat watching, Zilker Park fun and so much more, this is the best of both worlds!

Summary: Wonderful place with everything you need. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies. Check-in was easy, there was plenty of privacy, and it was a very relaxing stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in town!

Summary: Detached apartment, easy access, carport for auto, great AC and lots of room. Owner had coffee, water & most cindiments. We were in town for wedding and location was perfect. We will definitely return to thus quiet, clean and secluded VRBO. Loved chatting with owner, zero issues.

Summary: Great hosts and property! Perfect for our weekend getaway to the Dripping Springs area. House is clean, comfortable and nicely located to visit local breweries, distilleries, etc. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Great stay!

Summary: The guest house was a wonderful place to stay including compared to a hotel. It had all the I needed, king and single bed, kitchen and bathroom as well as a nice sun room where you could have your coffee/tea, etc. and watch wildlife in the peace and quiet of this rural community. I highly recommended staying here! The owners are very responsive to questions/requests and nice as well.

Summary: This was the coziest little home with everything needed for an out of town travel! The owners were so sweet greeting us with blueberry muffins and half and half in the fridge! Having coffee in the sun room was the best way to start the morning!!
