Summary: The hotel was having construction done so a lot of parking space where taken up with materials and a trash container. Yet the hotel was pretty full which made parking didficult

Summary: They were remodeling and it was dirty. The dirt was not new but also caked in corners of elevator and near ice machine. We arrived at about 330pm to rest and shower before a party. We had no water at all until about 2 am. We had to sponge bath with bottles water and the toilets were not flushed. They could have taken buckets of water from the pool to at least flush the public bathroom. It was gross. We were told when we checked it it would be 40 minutes over and over. I know the water being shut off by the city was not their problem but we were too exhausted to go anywhere else as it was late and we had.a long day and then a long drive to ge there.

Summary: Personnel were nice, however the hotel is in need of major upgrades and maintenance.

Summary: There are several dining options nearby. The staff was helpful. One thing I noticed is that the property conditions have deteriorated in the last two years. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture, the bath towels were rough, and the bathroom needed more cleaning. There was a group of families at the hotel this weekend, which is fine except that the noise level was beyond loud. There were several young girls running around the second floor, playing in the elevators. Again, they are kids so it's fine, except there was no adult supervision. This is problematic because someone could get hurt. My mother is elderly and with all the running around, they could have caused an accident.

Summary: The hotel was great, free breakfast and parking, friendly staff. The only issue was no hot water in our shower. They sent maintenance up but we still had no hot water. Nice hotel though
