Positive: Great house for families. Has everything you need and even more! Bicycles, beach chairs, towels, toys for kids, etc. Spectacular backyard! We enjoyed our stay there very much and honestly it looks like the designer worked to get that place look perfect! Many thanks for the host, they allowed us the early check in. We appreciate it very much as well. Wish you the good guests!

Positive: Beautiful inside and out! This property was clean and felt spacious. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway and was safe and secure in a neighborhood that was quiet for the two nights (a Friday and Saturday) we were there. There were thoughtful touches like fall decorations and shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Thoughtful and prompt communication that was helpful but not intrusive. Very nice host! The backyard is so fun—wish we’d had more time to enjoy it! We really enjoyed our stay!
Negative: We found the beds to be too firm, but I suppose that’s subjective. It would be nice to have some curtains or blackout shades on the bedroom windows as the street lights and motion sense light in the back really lit up through the blinds. There were also a lot of air fresheners around that I’m sensitive, but it didn’t seem to bother my daughter as much.
Summary: We would love to stay again—beautiful inside and out.

Positive: The house looks like the photo, very clean, enough dishes, towels and everything you could wish for :) no need to worry about anything! cool backyard with different games, my kids loved spending time there in hammocks. The owner of the house is very responsive and always ready to help, which is very valuable!
Negative: there is a mosquito problem in the backyard of the house, our whole family was bitten badly, but it is not the owner's fault either. There are mosquito candles and they help if you are sitting nearby, but this is not about children :) You just have to be prepared for this and be sure to buy mosquito sprays and treat children

Positive: The back yard is awesome. Lots to do if you want to or just a great place to relax! My family really enjoyed the yard games and hammocks! Carlos was an very attentive host and had good communication all the way through our stay. He was also helpful with suggestions when asked. All the sand chairs/umbrellas and cooler came in very handy. It's stocked with what you need including a nice place to BBQ. We all highly recommend this place and will be sure to return when we are down in the area!

Positive: Loved this house, Carlos was amazing to work with! The backyard was absolutely what we needed after our cruise! The hammocks and porch were perfect for us to decompress. The kids played cornhole and mini golf, and we loved all the lights at night.The bedrooms were as he described. We really didn't go indoors otherthann to slepp, the backyard was just relaxing! The kitchen was fully stocked and had great amenities. We will definitely be back here again! Carlos met us at the property and even gave us a great Mexican restraunt referral for dinner.
Negative: There is a telephone pole at the end of the driveway that you have to be careful of!
