Summary: It was a great hotel. The room was clean, ac was working. The hotel personnel was nice as well. The only feedback that I would give is the breakfast. It was a rich breakfast but at the end of the breakfast, they were running out of coffee or tea. I think they should make the beverages twice as it is a big size of a hotel. Other than that, everybody was super friendly and they were helpful if I needed anything

Summary: Yusuf, the night shift man. Thank you for your amazing willingness to help me with scam taxi. And on the following day you followed up on my issue with the pending payment. Thank you. One thing that I don’t understand is that in your hotel you allow people to smoke while some others are eating breakfast.

Summary: I was looking forward to seeing the warm and welcoming friendly faces of the hotel like Bilge, Benay, Alper, chef Murat and Yusuf Islam but was saddened to see that the A-team was no longer at the hotel except Yusuf and boy was I happy to see him because like he and the previous A-team employees had great communication and hospitality skills as well as excellent knowledge of English and Chef Murat prepared most delicious breakfast buffet! I gave the hotel 5 stars because of Yusuf Islam, Asli (housekeeping manager) Rivayde and Yasemin from housekeeping! Asli, Rivayde, Yasemin and from the front desk Yusuf IIslam should be commended for their hospitality and communication skills and going above and beyond for the guests.

Summary: We checked in when there was a global computer problem so we could not get a room key so the staff escorted us everywhere untill the system was back on line aBout 4 hrs they were ever so nice .the lady that cleaned our room was amazing with such a eye for detail

Summary: Very good hotel. High quality service. What bothered me was the possibility to smoke in the restaurant. But this is country specific- not the fault of the hotel. I recomend it.

Summary: the Hotel is New and everything is clean. the issue is related to the personal. for some reason, the Operation manager of the Hotel was asking me to pay the Hotel. My reservation was prepaid with Expedia and even showing him the payment on my credit card to Expedia with the same price of the reservation, he was asking the payment with rude way. i left the hotel giving him all my contacts and sending him the invoice from expedia. and no excuse from the at all for the inconvenience. after calling Expedia, they confirm that the payment was done.
