Summary: Could have had a better breakfast for what you pay for one night. The eggs were really dry and the waffles ( that we normally really like) were not good this time. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

Summary: Safe overnight stop and not bad but starting to show it's age inside however not a deal breaker. Breakfast was good and staff was great. Heat/AC worked fine and not noisy and bed comfortable.

Summary: The room was amazing! Impeccably cleaned, no worn spot or corners needing paint. Blinds worked, etc. Staff we met were very friendly and helpful but not excessively so. Hampton Inn is our preferred place to stay, so glad we could add this hotel to our list of outstanding locations. Our only complaint is with what Hampton Inn provides for breakfast. It is always the same thing. Thankfully there was oatmeal and yogurt. We'd like to see HI offer more variety in breakfast protein options, as well as more variety in fresh fruit. This has nothing to do with the Beckley location, however.

Summary: The room was cramped, dingy and outdated. The pull-out sofa bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. This hotel is very overpriced for the condition it’s in. Needs a major renovation to justify the cost. Would not recommend staying here.

Summary: The hotel is run down. Chipped paint, stains on the ceiling, ripped material on the couch, torn up rug…it needs a lot of work. The staff was polite but not friendly or warm. Breakfast is top notch. Their beds are made so stupidly with the duvet cover wrapped with the top sheet so you don’t have a separate top sheet. Idiotic. Water pressure was fine and the beds were ok. Probably the worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in in terms of the quality of the upkeep of the hotel.
