Summary: The experience was fine. Room was good. Disappointed with the breakfast options. I was hoping there were some meats like sausage or bacon. Seemed like it was just bagels, toast, and waffles.

Summary: We endured a frustrating wait of over 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. As we were about to give up, some customers passing by informed us that the receptionist was occupied somewhere upstairs. Despite our attempts to call the number provided in our reservation, the front desk phone rang, but unfortunately, or as expected, no one answered. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Summary: Many tiles in our room we’re coming up specially ones in the bathroom where I almost cracked my toe open, the room is very decent except for the tiles which do need to be put back down you can tell that some of them are very loose and need to be resealed
