Summary: Housekeeping was on top of there game. Breakfast was consistently good. Only beef is how loud the ice machine was all night long. Pam the manager deserves a raise.

Summary: Clean room, great breakfast. Wish the beds were actual queens as advertised and not full sizes. Sleeping wasnt pleasant.

Summary: Spacious room with a beautiful view. Great location in town and at the entrance of The Great Smokey Mountains. Conveniently located next to a large shopping center that includes Enterprise Auto Rental and Wal-Mart.

Summary: The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, but the employees fixing the breakfast made it better. The cleaning staff were friendly and wanting to make sure we had everything. And the staff at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I think your staff both for breakfast cleaning and front desk were the exceptional part that made this day so much better.
