Summary: Is always nice to stay. Could of used a better vacuum. There chips and pizza crumbs. I will stay again absolutely, but will request they vacuum again before we check in.

Summary: Great location. Near stores and restaurants. It was clean . But we literally got very little sleep though. The phone rang at 3:20 a.m. waking us up, no one on other end. Roughly around 4:30 a.m. a bunch of guys were walking down the hallway yelling and talking loud.

Summary: We stayed for 4 days, and we did not get any maid service while we were there. I also slipped while in the shower as they had no slip resistant grips on the shower floor and had recently removed the shower mats that they normally keep in the room for a corporate inspection.

Summary: Room across the hall had 3 dogs, animals left in room barking for extended periods, once at 6:30 a.m. Staff was great and helped us move rooms. I felt the facility and patrons were adversely impacted by inconsiderate guests. As I stated before desk staff was great in handling the problem for us.

Summary: I chose this hotel because the Expedia website said it was pet-friendly and I needed to take my dog with me. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the additional dog fee (which was $75 for one dog/one night). Also, the front desk person that checked me in did not mention that there was a pet policy, a fee, or a form to sign. The next morning, upon checking out, I was told about it, forced to sign a form, and pay the additional $75 fee (which is more than other hotels near by). So I wasn't very happy to say the least.
