Summary: The young lady at the desk was GREAT! And the lady at the cafe was Great also very helpful. We had to change rooms because the heat wasn't working but it turned out ok.

Summary: The check-in was very easy and quick. Staff was very accommodating. They provided a replacement remote just after check-in. In the morning, my wife accidentally dropped our vehicle's key FOB into a storm water grate in the parking lot. Staff was very helpful offering tools to help us successfully retrieve it.

Summary: Check in was fine, Breakfast was fine. Bags of chips under the sofa, hairs in the towels, empty soap. Guests having "relations" in the pool and loud angry fighting guests in neighboring room. Will not recommend this hotel for traveling guests and partners within my business

Summary: I booked two rooms at this hotel through hotels.com and have an email confirming it. However when I got to the hotel, they stated they only had one room reserved for us, and had no more rooms available. We made it work but I’ve not had this occur before, and would like to feel confident it won’t happen again. Also; the bathtub was badly stained.

Summary: Hotel is a bit hard to find off the main highway. When we first checked in they gave us keys for a room that was already occupied.

Summary: Front desk staff was nice. Room was very old. Towels were of rag quality, one had blue stripes on it. Breakfast was good. Area in which this hotel sits is not a good area for travelers. when you see a sign that says park at your own risk at the hotel, it is isn't very comforting. Will make sure I check ratings next time.

Summary: the employees were awesome, the area around was not very appealing. bed could have been more comfortable. room was clean , breakfast was awesome. needs some tlc & make your guests aware of the surroundings.

Summary: There was a mat of hair on the batheroom floor and none of the shower containers had soap, shampoo, etc. Towels were limited and the time on the clocks were off significantly.
