Summary: Well I been a client for many years with hotels.com and never had an issue when it comes to do a reservation with them. this time I was disappointed because when I checked in one of the staff members told me that my room was given away (a king sized room) and that they were sold out on king bedroom’s and was given a two bed room because that’s all they had for me . I always do my reservations on time and with time ahead to prevent this issues and was not fair. His only words was I sorry but that we have for you. So disappointing my recommendation for everyone is call your hotel just to make sure you are getting for what you pay for before arriving to the hotel or ask front desk before getting your room.
