Summary: Its a dated hotel. I had lukewarm hot water for a shower, no glass in the room for drinking. The biggest thing is having to pay for parking! We are in the middle of the subburbs, with ample parking everywhere. The lot was 1/2 full. If asked if you are parking a car, say no. They even admitted they dont check the lot.

Summary: Check in guy was a little cranky but managed. Hotel was clean and safe. Bed was great super nice sheets. Conditioner out in bathroom not a big deal. Breakfast was good coffee better than average. Overall a great and relaxing stay.

Summary: We love staying here for Park and Fly. Just a few steps to Lone Oak Grill. We had to Uber back to the hotel when we returned, but it was actually quicker than waiting for the shuttle. Plus the hotel picked up the tab!

Summary: We stayed in a 2 queen room. Everything was clean and beds are very comfortable. This is our go to hotel when we are in the cities.

Summary: Below average. We stayed half the trip at holiday inn express which was much cleaner, larger rooms and no parking fee. Parking lot was overfull. Loud night placed next to a basketball tournament crew. And hearing/cooling unit was extremely loud. Refrigerator also didn’t work.
