Summary: Free breakfast was unattended. Darkroast cofee was weak/watery. Ran out of eggs, butter and forks. Need directions for the conveyor belt toaster, apparently you can speed it up. Also, I noticed dirt had accumulated in the corners of my bathroom, under the sinks.

Summary: This hotel was the most comfortable, spacious, and cleanest hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was also amazing. I definitely recommend the blueberry muffins. There was two areas in the room. One with two bed and the other with a pull out bed, chairs, a desk and more!! In these two sections there were also TV's. And let me tell you the bathroom is clean, spacious, and easily accessible. The shower was also nice with all the siaos and the hot water. It was a great stay. Definitely stay here if your needing a place in Philly.

Summary: The hotel set up is fine. Breakfast was up to par - standard, clean, fruit was good quality. Elevators and hallways were in need of cleaning. Wallpaper was seen peeling. The room door was UNGODLY squeaky and loud. The mattress was uncomfortable. Room's heating and cooling worked well. Bathroom fixtures needed upgraded/fixed up. I made the mistake of standing barefoot on the carpet in our hotel roomand you could literally FEEL how dirty it was. Service was great. They were very accomodating for an overnight checkin and late checkout.

Summary: Wasn't happy with the hotel. The AC in the room was set to 68 degrees and I couldn't adjust it to make it warmer. Had to turn it off. Beds were comfortable and a large bathroom was decent. Last day of my stay, I had a problem with the hot water in shower. There was one day that no one came in to clean and I had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was a disaster over the weekend. They were out of eggs, bacon, milk, and cream cheese. I had to go to McDonald's for breakfast. The next day, they were out of eggs, potatoes, and bagels. Surprisingly, I saw a family with a dog in the dining section and their dog had a big plate of eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There has to be a better way of keeping the food for hotel guests only. I spoke to the General Manager and to their credit, he put in for a refund for one day and Hotel.com took care of the rest. I will not return to this property.
