Summary: The house was charming, super cute and super convenient for all our activities while we were in town. Our son will be in school in the area for the next 4 years so we will be booking again… probably quite often!

Summary: Great house, very clean. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood. Mgmt company needs to give more instructions and answer the phone when we call the first time or call back within an hour. Appliances need instruction manuals, could not figure out the stove top and the dryer wasn’t working. We did get maint to come out, Pedro showed up in 10 mins and had the problem fixed in 20 mins. He also showed us how to use the stovetop. We couldn’t find the network password. Couldn’t figure out the tv other than to watch just free Roku junk. More towels need to be provided. Just to note, the bathroom is very small, nice but small so older or larger clients may have some issues if mobility is a problem. We would stay here again and we would recommend to our friends, but we now know what to expect. Overall we would prefer this to any apartment in the city!

Summary: What a beautiful house. Well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and living room were just right. We enjoyed the peaceful back patio. Quiet neighborhood and ease getting to all the places for the wedding weekend events. Highly recommend staying here. It met all our needs.

Summary: The most lovely house! So well appointed with EVERYTHING needed for a perfect wedding weekend stay. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the outdoor patio area to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: My mother and I stayed at the Abington house when we had to unexpectedly fly to PA for a family emergency. This house is clean, cute and had the homie feel that was much appreciated at the end of our long days. The owner was very responsive when we did reach out. We will definitely be booking here again on our next visit.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay at this property. It's by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever visited. The beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water, and plenty of towels. It is spacious, and so very stylishly decorated. The neighborhood is safe, and close to everything. The front porch and back garden were so charming! Also welcome were thoughtful touches, like plenty of bottled water, a coffee and tea bar. and extra tissues, toilet paper and all kinds of condiments and spices. Our families live in the area so we definitely plan to return! Thanks for a nice visit!

Summary: Read VRBO and Evolve sites carefully for details. You pretty much have to do most of the cleaning up that you oay for anyway. No fireplace, though listed in property description.

Summary: Beautiful small home! Modern but cozy. I travel a lot and a hotel snob. This was a little trip with my son and I. This place was like a home, but what you would expect from high end hotel feel. Very well done. 5 Stars and the bench mark for what rentals should be.
