Positive: We’ve stayed there for 3 years in a row now. Twice a year traveling from Rhode Island to Florida and back. It’s around an 8 hour drive from Florida so it’s a good time to stop. It’s located right near the highway in a quiet area so we get a good rest for the next day of driving.

Positive: Secluded and quiet. The clerk at front desk was extremely courteous and polite. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast items. Conveniently located off interstate.
Negative: Tried calling the hotel with their local # and never got an answer. After trying 10 times for 3 hours. We were at a sporting event and even with my room paid I still wanted to make sure nothing happened before I got there I could not get through to customer service 800# or booking.com. Very frustrating. The bed would have been comfortable but both sides had springs poking our back. The sink in bathroom was broken but had putty stuff to hold together. Carpet needs to go and install wood laminate flooring.
Summary: Overall good and I would stay again if I was in the area.

Positive: For the most part all was good. I have had better stays and worse
Negative: My room was right next to the elevator and my friends room had noisy kids upstairs. It took forever for the shower to get hot.

Positive: The staff was great and gave great customer service. I like the blueprint of the hotel.
Negative: What I didn't like was the Hampton Sign from the street was not visual for view. It was hidden behind some bushes and if you didn't pay great attention you would have missed it. I suggest that you move the sign closer to the street corner so your guest who is not familiar with this area will be able to know when to turn into the parking lot. My bathroom was dirty. It was hair in the shower wall and it just made me want to vomit. As we were watching TV, it kept glitching and it was delayed when people talking didn't match.
Summary: The staff was great, need a better cleaning in rooms and the area was quiet.
