Positive: The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, meat, fruit, boiled eggs, & juice. The place was clean & the staff as friendly. Easy to get to & rooms were nice & clean.
Negative: The pillows, they were nice the first night; second night it was like they deflated. I did not take this to the staff as it wasn’t a huge deal, in my eyes.
Summary: Stay & place was nice.

Positive: The facility was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, too. It was very quiet and we had no problem sleeping.
Negative: I couldn't find the ice bucket and cups in the room. They were on the bottom shelf of the entertainment center. When I called the front desk, she was a little short on the phone by saying "Don't you see them on the bottom shelf"? Obviously I didn't, or I wouldn't have called. I feel if they were placed somewhere more noticeable would be more beneficial. I also couldn't find the ice machine. It would be beneficial to have signs posted so you know. After I did the chat, I found out they were on the first and third floor.
