Positive: The staff! They were ALL exceptional! So kind and personable! The facility was immaculate and beautiful! I realize it just opened but I really hope it stays that way for a while! It was comforting after driving all day to be able to sleep peacefully in a clean bed!

Negative: Two things - 1. The pillows! What in the world is wrong with them? It was like chasing balloons around all night! Worst pillows I have ever NOT slept on. Aesthetically they did their job, but functionally they were worthless. 2. The breakfast. The food we ate - biscuits and gravy, omelette- were not good. We stay in our fair share of hotels and most generally look for ones that offer a continental breakfast for the convenience. I cannot speak for any of the other breakfast items , but those two in particular were not good.
