Summary: Good location for cruise terminal but not the best sleep. Very poor quality pillows.

Summary: We were given a handicap room and the main door wouldn’t open unless it was pushed extremely hard. We had our room serviced and upon return, our door was open because it could not be closed properly unless slammed shut. The towel rack was also falling off the wall. The room was in poor shape.

Summary: The room was okay. Check in was a breeze. Then the screaming, crying children arrived at 11:00 pm in the adjoining room banging on the connector door and carrying on. The walls are so thin you could hear everything. A text to the front desk and they apparently sent someone up to quiet them after 35 minutes. An hour later we are still awake. and we were asleep for an hour before they came Never again.

Summary: Everything was great including the breakfast and pool. Convenient location to walk to shopping or eating and drinking out. Was surprised that the shuttle to the airport was not included. $20 is the price.

Summary: Only a one night stay but was very clean and comfy. Check in was easy and we walked across the way for dinner. Great location and only took about 5-7 mins to get to airport the next morning. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Booked here for proximity to the Cruise terminal and the hotel advertised free included shuttle service. The shuttle service was NOT free by the time we traveled! Shuttle service was sub-par (waited 45 min at the airport before a shuttle was available) ==> use Uber - faster and more convenient.
