Negative: Every thing was fine. Only issue was the shower Handel fell off. It needed tightening

Positive: Location. Close.to shopping, close enough to highways for excursions but just far enough away to eliminate road traffic noise. Well maintained facility. Friendly staff. Free breakfast always has nice selections. Flavored waffles.

Negative: I can not think of a thing I did not like.

Positive: Breakfast is great for a hotel like this - omelets, yogurts, commercial bakery items, cereals, waffles... the coffee is very good. It's a Hampton Inn, not a 5 star hotel, but fine and better than the Holiday Inn Express nearby. The staff is LOVELY.

Negative: The mattress was neither great nor bad. The other nice hotel in the area (Holiday Inn Express) is tucked in with and more convenient to (and walkable to some) stores and restaurants; Hampton Inn is quite close as well, but you will need a car to go out.

Summary: It's a comfortable place with truly lovely, kind front desk staff.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Location is great and close to everything.

Negative: Couldn't control the temperature in the room. Thermostat always said 64. Which is great to sleep in but not to lounge in.
