Summary: Everything about the stay was wonderful.. except interaction with management...or lack of interaction, about an issue with a phone in reservation. Mgmnt would not meet me face to face, sent the sweet front desk person. Very poor mgmt. Every "employee" we met were wonderful, professional and courteous.
