Positive: Loved the breakfast. Rom was big. Location was great for freeway access.
Negative: We had a couple of major issues with cleanliness. The manager on duty tried to compensate but even so the experience did affect our stay. :(

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is an outside company that will shuttle you to the port, and the desk staff was very helpful with setting it up.
Negative: The location is right next to the airport and it can be so loud that you can hear them all night in your room. The noise also makes it hard to enjoy the outside spaces. The location is not within walking distance to restaurants or bars. The pillows were miserable small and flattened out the minute you laid your head on them. I had asked for 2 more pillows at the front desk, and they said housekeeping would bring them up once his break was over. I never got extra pillows

Positive: The room was sizeable, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the towels clean and soft. It was very close to the airport which is what I was looking for in an overnight layover. The fitness centre was helpful. The gentleman on the desk when I arrived was polite and helpful. The room itself was remarkably quiet considering how close the hotel is to the airport.
Negative: I chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. My flight was delayed (obv not their fault) and I finally arrived late - to find that the number they had given me to call for the shuttle did not work on non US phones (which feels like a flaw for a hotel near an international airport). I found a kind gentleman on the Emirates desk who let me use their phone to call - and the phone just rang and rang. No shuttle for me. It was 11pm, so I just got an Uber. They were, to be fair, very apologetic and refunded my Uber (after some prodding). Additionally, the blind in the room was broken, half the cardio machines in the fitness centre were out of service and breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery, which feels both immensely wasteful and not what I would expect for somewhere I've paid $170 for.

Negative: We had quite a long wait at the airport for the shuttle bus and when it arrived it was full. It did fairness come back around quite quickly though but at the end of a long travel it wasn't very pleasant having that uncertainty on us

Positive: we enjoyed the breakfast, and how friendly the staff was. the front desk helped us set up our transportation to the port easily and with no issues, and we were picked up from the airport in a timely matter after I called the hotel. the beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms and hotel was very neat and clean! we arrived a little early before check in and they got us in with no problems and got us in a room.
Negative: I don't really think I had any negative to say we only stayed there one night before we boarded our ship so it was just a fast stay.
