Summary: Breakfast was limited and not the best selection or freshness. The television in the breakfast room blared so loud, we couldn't have a conversation while we ate. Staff tried to be friendly, but it was hard to get their attention because they were so busy socializing on FaceTime on an iPad with their friends that we had to flag them down. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel and it was a little scary...not clean and would not shut down on its own. Not our favorite place to stay.

Summary: Pillows were awful. The mattress was not as nice as the last time I stayed there a couple of years ago. The trash truck was overly obnoxious early this morning. The lobby stinks. Wasn’t worth the extra I paid to stay there. Will go back to holiday inn express or Fairfield next time’s

Summary: My flight was cancelled because if Storm Fern and i was quite tired and had a lotnif work. The women at the front desk at the Montrose Hampton Inn were so kind and accomodating! They had a shuttle driver take me tona local resstaurant and pick me uo. Then at 5 AM after a wirk meeting they whisked to the airport so I could make my 7 AM flight. There was a lot of snow outside and walking with my roller bag was a slog on the way there the day before. Winderful, kind people in a drustrating travel week!
