Summary: Room was great, one oversight by house keeping. (not a cleaning issue) the room was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay.

Summary: Everything was great except for the street noise. It did quiet down around 11:00pm, however our bedtime was 9.

Summary: Staff needs CX training/management/accountability in general. One shocking thing that stood out was one employee bringing a large dog (pit bull) in to the front desk to show another employee. Low standard for service.

Summary: The first flies was pretty noisy when the pool was open. I stood there for two days and unfortunately, the pool got shut down for maintenance. Then there’s water tracks all over the place from people coming out and not drying off before entering the hallway. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and nice. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The only thing that didn’t work was the rolled up on the window. It would go down, but it wouldn’t go up so I couldn’t get any natural light into the room.

Summary: Upon arrival there was a wait for the room assignment. I learned later there was a lack of staff that day and that contributed to the delay. However, the bed was comfortable, using the app for entry made for convenient access, Internet access was great, and breakfast offered many options.
